We would like to start by saying thank you to Kevin Johal, who hands down made buying our first home a dream come true. My wife and I had a short timeline of two weeks before buying our first home together. With viewing after viewing we thought we had been doomed until we stumbled across a nice neighbourhood in West Cloverdale, we drove by and noticed that there had been only one house left for sale on the street that was 95 percent finished. Due to the amazing finishings just by looking at the exterior of the home we had ruled it out as being our of our league in price. Sure enough we walked around the house and looked into a few open windows, I guess you could say it was love at first sight!!! Amazed with everything the home actually ended up being within budget. We put an offer in that night and ended up getting it. Kevin made the transition smooth and accommodating!

The Finishings of the exterior definately matched the finishing of the interior. Although a few minor things had to be completed Kevin made sure that he would go out of his way to meet our busy schedules. We have been living in our home for just over a year now and the only issue we have had was an appliance issue, it was over due on the warranty by a day so we figured we would call Kevin and see what he could do, without any hesitation he made a few phone calls and paid for this fix out of his own pocket.
